This study programme is designed for the curious discoverer, the creative innovator, and the original number-cruncher. Here, you will learn about computer information systems and networks, gain a solid foundation in programming, and develop skills in analysing, visualising, planning, optimising, and communicating a wide range of data. You will transform this data into valuable insights that will help organisations improve and achieve their goals. In later courses, you will choose one of the specialisations you want to focus on – Artificial Intelligence Systems, Software Systems, or Business Informatics.
In the Software Systems specialisation, you will become an innovative IT developer and software systems guru: you will develop, design, and test mobile applications, IoT, cloud computing, and other solutions, as well as apply artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies with unlimited possibilities. These studies will enable you to stay abreast of the latest inventions and keep pace with advancements in information technology science.
With a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence, you will explore the universe of unlimited possibilities offered by artificial intelligence. Can a refrigerator order food by itself? And what about calculating insurance claims without an assessor? In the Business Informatics specialisation, through learning and developing innovative IT solutions for businesses, you will enhance the internal processes of companies, assist in planning and implementing them, and gain a deep understanding of consumer behaviour in cyberspace. In these studies, you will also delve into the digitalisation of business, the development of enterprise information systems, and business process modelling. In addition to information technology subjects, you will learn the fundamentals of business management and corporate finance management, which will help you navigate the waters of business.Career opportunities
